Have a yarn instead

Social media has changed the landscape and we're now able to make money in different ways that isn't tied to a physical location. Social interactions are also not tied to the physical location either. People are pouring their lives into social media but what are we all building? Getting a like on your post makes you feel some status for a second, but what else do you get out of it?

Not much.

Having a beer with a mate trumps a bunch of likes on social media any day of the week.
