Deep work is difficult. It involves not only living your life but also digging up all those things that make your life not point in the direction you want. As you dig them up, they manifest in your life more and more as a beacon to point to the cause. The root of the problem. After you resolve the root and dig it out, then you have some of your life back. Then it’s onto the next and next and next. The more you work the more free you become. Do the work, it’s hard but you get your life back.
